What a day it was for Danielle and Scott’s outdoor wedding in Sacramento. Mother nature was less than cooperative but we made it work! I will say that shooting in the rain really tests your skills. At one point I was standing on a ladder shooting formals, holding my camera, holding an umbrella all the while trying to be creative and not fall! Danielle and Scott were the first couple to be married at the 1724 N venue. I was over the moon thrilled when I heard I’d be shooting their wedding there. The house has been completely remodeled and restored. It boasts gorgeous modern artwork and furniture among the vintage charm of the house. Scott also had one of the most amazing local Sacramento caterers on hand too (which happens to be his aunt), Kim of Mama Kim Cooks. Every dish this woman creates just makes your mouth water! Despite the rain and challenging conditions, Danielle and Scott had an amazing wedding filled with family and friends. Thank you so much for having Crystal and me be a part of your wedding!
