I was just too excited to sleep once I got home from this engagement shoot. Zack and Chelsea are a sweet couple that met in college…dorm romance blossomed and these two have been inseparable since. After learning more about Zack and Chelsea we decided to have some fun shooting around the Rancho Murieta area. I absolutely love every chance I get to shoot in this location…mother nature never fails to impress me.
Chelsea is a grade school teacher and Zack is a talented drummer for local Sacramento musician, Jackie Greene. These two are kind, genuine, sweet, talented and crazy in love!
Zack and Chelsea recently had a new edition to their family…meet Miles! This adorable collie was so cute and definitely stole the show!
I love this shot of them running…Miles’ hair cascaded as he trotted along so gracefully. He has quite the little swagger!

I can’t wait for their summer wedding at one of the best Auburn wedding locations, the Monte Verde Inn. They have quite the wedding lineup! Chelsea will have the fabulous Sacramento makeup artist, Christi Reynolds, on hand to do her makeup. The awesome Sacramento dj, Joe Kalamaras of SJ’s disc jockey, to keep us dancing and the talented Sacramento hair stylist, Paige McGillivray, a former bride of mine (you might remember her Newcastle wedding) who’s a stylist at the oh so cool Deeda Salon.
